Don't ask me for the accurate measurements of the ingredients, everything was done "AGAK-AGAK" style. If you happen to like that certain ingredient more, then add more of it! =)

Cooking two miserable sui kows. XD
- First, mix all the minced pork and prawn with the seasoning together, then add the chopped water chestnut, mushroom and spring onion.
- Then, place a spoonful of the mixed ingredients in the middle of the dumpling pastry. Then, wet the sides of the dumpling and fold it together, then press it to ensure that the fillings won't come out when it is being boiled.
- Boil a pot of water and add the Ikan Bilis stock in. Wait for it to boil for a minute or so.
- Add the vegetables and the dumplings in. When the dumplings float up, it is cooked.
- Serve hot. =) Enjoy!
