Women get cravings more often these days compared to days back then..

It's been proven..

If you have those moments when you're doing something and you have sudden cravings?

From chocolates to cheese.. You must absolutely have them..

  

And sometimes if you don't, you even find yourself being all cranky and start to cry just because you're not getting what you want to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours?

Even if you don't get cravings,

Do you often find yourself taking a moment to stop and think about the consequences of digging into that tempting piece of chocolate cake?

  

Like,

"I'm fat.. I need to lose 5 more kg.."
"This will go straight to my thighs!!!"
"Cannot liau.. fat liau...."
"If I take one mouthful of this, I'm gonna end up being a spinster for the rest of my life"
"I'm a size 2 now, I NEED to be size -1000000!!!"


and pushing it away, slowly watching your friend indulge in it..

and when you can't stand the temptation..

You take a bit... or two...

and minutes later,

You realize you finished the whole thing..



leaving you with guilt and promises to go to the gym the next day, swim 100000 laps,
and worse, be a bulimic.. (Calvindev)

I shall quote Nigella Lawson, the TV Chef, a good cook and enjoys good food. Curvy too..
Why? She's not afraid to INDULGE HERSELF.

(roughly)

"I'm not really promoting healthy food or anything, but people back in those days eat without bothering about the calories or amount of fat in the food, so let's just indulge ourself and be happy with a little sinful food"

(I might have added some things in.. You don't expect me to remember every single thing do you?)

Sometimes, the best food in the world is the most unhealthy food..

SO WHAT?

Dig in..

Once in a while..

You're not sinful
if you ate a piece of chocolate from your fridge,



if you ate a few scoops of ice cream,



if you ate an extra piece of that pizza with extra cheese,

 

if you ordered your blended drinks with extra whipped cream,

 

if you ate those cute dollar pancakes or waffles that you were craving for,

 

if you had dessert after your meal,



if you indulge in Penang's best hawker food,

 

 

When you're old, you won't be allowed to indulge anymore..

Too much junk food and snacks isn't good though..

 
but if you really excersize the next day,

then.. No harm done. =)

So don't be afraid to

INDULGE

Now wipe that drool on your keyboard.
